Tento materi\u00e1l se snadno pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 i na mnoha jin\u00fdch m\u00edstech nebo v jin\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. Proto\u017ee se ve form\u011b f\u00f3lie p\u0159i zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed smr\u0161\u0165uje, lze ji pou\u017e\u00edvat ve smr\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edch tunelech, tak\u017ee se na ni spol\u00e9haj\u00ed rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se modern\u00ed obalov\u00e9 technologie. PLA se rovn\u011b\u017e zab\u00fdv\u00e1 <strong>zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdmi technologiemi a rybolovem<\/strong>. Ve form\u011b <strong>vl\u00e1ken<\/strong> se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k v\u00fdrob\u011b <strong>monofiln\u00edch lan a s\u00edt\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed r\u016fstu plevele a vegetace na jejich povrchu. V <strong>netkan\u00e9<\/strong> form\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 na <strong>\u010daloun\u011bn\u00ed, jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 od\u011bvy, mark\u00fdzy, d\u00e1msk\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a pleny<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e58714a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e58714a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>T\u011b\u017e\u00ed z toho i <strong>automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl<\/strong> &#8211; najdeme ji p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b d\u00edl\u016f a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed, jako jsou <strong>podlahov\u00e9 roho\u017ee, panely a potahy<\/strong>. Jeho tepeln\u00e1 odolnost a trvanlivost je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho polypropylenu (PP), ale jeho vlastnosti se zlep\u0161uj\u00ed jin\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1c32d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e1c32d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zde je t\u0159eba zm\u00ednit, \u017ee chemie je v\u011bda o p\u0159em\u011bn\u00e1ch, a i kdy\u017e nakreslen\u00ed struktury dvou slou\u010denin na kus pap\u00edru na atom\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00farovni m\u016f\u017ee nazna\u010dovat, \u017ee jsou si podobn\u00e9, maj\u00ed radik\u00e1ln\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9 vlastnosti a mo\u017en\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed &#8220;dopl\u0148ky&#8221;. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d37eef3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d37eef3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">PLA v medic\u00edn\u011b<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-ae677ca elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"ae677ca\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-618f057\" data-id=\"618f057\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04b786f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"04b786f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PLA je slibn\u00fd biopolymer pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 aplikace v biomedic\u00edn\u011b. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se pro <strong>implant\u00e1ty a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na biologick\u00e9 b\u00e1zi<\/strong>. PLA a jeho kopolymery se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch <strong>biomedic\u00ednsk\u00fdch<\/strong> aplikac\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b <strong>\u0161v\u016f a \u0161roub\u016f.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Kopolymery PLA se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 jako <strong>nosi\u010de l\u00e9\u010div<\/strong>. PLA se z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 fermentac\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch produkt\u016f bohat\u00fdch na sacharidy (nebo vedlej\u0161\u00edch produkt\u016f), jako jsou nap\u0159.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd \u0161krob,  <\/li>\n<li>kuku\u0159ice,  <\/li>\n<li>cukr,  <\/li>\n<li>p\u0161enice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20e05df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20e05df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PLA je tedy <strong>biologicky odbourateln\u00fd, biokompatibiln\u00ed a obnoviteln\u00fd termoplastick\u00fd polyester.<\/strong> Celkov\u00e1 doba rozkladu PLA je <strong>n\u011bkolik let<\/strong>. Je popisov\u00e1n jako <strong>chemicky neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>prakticky nez\u00e1vadn\u00fd<\/strong> materi\u00e1l. Na tuto ot\u00e1zku se \u010dasto ptaj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b majitel\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/842-3d-tiskarny\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">3D tisk\u00e1ren<\/a>, kte\u0159\u00ed pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty denn\u00ed pot\u0159eby nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad hra\u010dky pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed mazl\u00ed\u010dky. <strong>Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, a tedy i nebezpe\u010d\u00ed plynouc\u00ed z pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/844-pla-vlakna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">PLA vl\u00e1ken,<\/a> je nej\u010dast\u011bji zp\u016fsobeno <strong>hotendem 3D tisk\u00e1rny<\/strong>. A\u010dkoli je PLA pova\u017eov\u00e1n za pom\u011brn\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u00fd, <strong>p\u0159\u00edsady v podob\u011b barviv<\/strong> (barevn\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken) jsou ji\u017e v tomto ohledu sporn\u00e9. Existuje v\u0161ak \u0159ada barevn\u00fdch PLA vl\u00e1ken, kter\u00e1 byla americk\u00fdm \u00da\u0159adem pro kontrolu potravin a l\u00e9\u010div (FDA) schv\u00e1lena jako bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 pro styk s potravinami &#8211; v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017eete bez obav p\u00edt vodu z hrnku vyroben\u00e9ho z PLA nebo pou\u017e\u00edvat n\u011bkter\u00e9 kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 n\u00e1\u010din\u00ed vyroben\u00e9 z polyaktidu.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e05971f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e05971f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kdy\u017e u\u017e jsme u t\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b, je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee PLA m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed propustnost ne\u017e jin\u00e9 \u010detn\u00e9 plasty. Snadn\u011bji j\u00edm proch\u00e1z\u00ed vlhkost a kysl\u00edk, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje rychlej\u0161\u00ed ka\u017een\u00ed potravin, a proto se nedoporu\u010duje pro dlouhodob\u00e9 skladov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e1 PLA. Bohu\u017eel p\u0159i <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/842-3d-tiskarny\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">3D tisku<\/a> m\u016f\u017ee jeho n\u00e1chylnost ke smr\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed zp\u016fsobit praskliny a deformace a vznikl\u00e9 dutiny jsou domovem stejn\u011b v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed. Myt\u00ed v my\u010dce na n\u00e1dob\u00ed tak\u00e9 nep\u0159ipad\u00e1 v \u00favahu kv\u016fli p\u016fsoben\u00ed vysok\u00fdch teplot. Na rozd\u00edl od mechanick\u00e9 recyklace m\u016f\u017ee chemick\u00e1 recyklace odpadn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu obsahovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 ne\u010distoty. Kyselinu lze chemicky recyklovat na monomer tepelnou depolymerizac\u00ed nebo hydrol\u00fdzou. Je zah\u00e1jen proces chemick\u00e9 hydrol\u00fdzy, po kter\u00e9m n\u00e1sleduje mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed rozklad pro kone\u010dn\u00e9 rozlo\u017een\u00ed PLA. Za podm\u00ednek pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho kompostov\u00e1n\u00ed (58 \u00b0C) se PLA m\u016f\u017ee \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b rozlo\u017eit na vodu a oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd b\u011bhem 60 dn\u016f, pot\u00e9 se zbytek rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 pomaleji, rychlost rozkladu z\u00e1vis\u00ed na stupni krystalinity materi\u00e1lu. Proto\u017ee neobsahuje chlor, nevznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i jeho spalov\u00e1n\u00ed dioxiny ani kyselina chlorovod\u00edkov\u00e1. Lze jej spalovat beze zbytku, tak\u017ee navzdory v\u0161eobecn\u00e9mu p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 ekologickou formou likvidace odpadu &#8211; samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ne v\u0161eho! To proto, \u017ee o PLA a 3D tisk\u00e1rn\u00e1ch bylo (a st\u00e1le je) naps\u00e1no pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b materi\u00e1l\u016f.
