W <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/842-3d-tiskarny\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">3D tisk\u00e1rn\u00e1ch<\/a><\/strong>, kde jsou vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00e9 modely prostorov\u00e9, je z\u00e1kladn\u00edm spot\u0159ebn\u00edm materi\u00e1lem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/930-filamenty-3d-tisk-tiskove-struny\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">filament<\/a><\/strong> nebo prysky\u0159ice.  V\u00fdb\u011br materi\u00e1lu z\u00e1vis\u00ed na technologii. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pracuj\u00edc\u00edch v SLA se jedn\u00e1 o tekut\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice, zat\u00edmco v tisk\u00e1rn\u00e1ch FFF se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed filamenty. V\u00fdb\u011br spot\u0159ebn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu by m\u011bl z\u00e1viset p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na \u00fa\u010delu ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho d\u00edlu, proto\u017ee r\u016fzn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly se li\u0161\u00ed sv\u00fdmi vlastnostmi. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat konkr\u00e9tn\u011b <strong>filamenty,<\/strong> jejich parametry a mo\u017enostmi pou\u017eit\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c652cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c652cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Filamenty &#8211; v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 informace o nich<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/930-filamenty-3d-tisk-tiskove-struny\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Filamenty pro 3D tisk\u00e1rny<\/a><\/strong> jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny z termoplastick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou syntetizov\u00e1ny od za\u010d\u00e1tku do konce za pou\u017eit\u00ed um\u011bl\u00fdch laboratorn\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Jin\u00e9, jako nap\u0159. obl\u00edben\u00e9 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/844-pla-filamenty\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">PLA filamenty <\/a><\/strong>jsou zalo\u017eeny na surovin\u00e1ch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho p\u016fvodu.   V\u0161echny maj\u00ed podobu tenk\u00e9ho, dlouh\u00e9ho (a\u017e n\u011bkolik set metr\u016f) vl\u00e1kna navinut\u00e9ho na c\u00edvce. Tato forma balen\u00ed je velmi pohodln\u00e1, proto\u017ee c\u00edvku lze ihned po vyjmut\u00ed z krabice nasadit na dr\u017e\u00e1k 3D tisk\u00e1rny. Velk\u00e9 ploch\u00e9 kotou\u010de um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 na obou stran\u00e1ch c\u00edvky nav\u00edc zabra\u0148uj\u00ed sklouznut\u00ed vl\u00e1kna.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru spot\u0159ebn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu pro 3D tisk\u00e1rnu stoj\u00ed za to v\u011bnovat pozornost tomu, aby byl svazek pe\u010dliv\u011b vytvo\u0159en, tj. bez n\u00e1hodn\u00e9ho zahu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nebo nerovnost\u00ed. Pokud je vl\u00e1kno filamentu nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9, bude v trysce tisk\u00e1rny v\u00edce materi\u00e1lu, ne\u017e by m\u011blo b\u00fdt, a to se m\u016f\u017ee prom\u00edtnout do kvality vytvo\u0159en\u00e9ho detailu. Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee tlou\u0161\u0165ka jedn\u00e9 vrstvy tisku je nej\u010dast\u011bji v\u00fdrazn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 0,5 mm &#8211; i ta nejmen\u0161\u00ed odchylka od zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ky svazku filamentu m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv na v\u00fdsledn\u00fd efekt. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu d\u016frazn\u011b doporu\u010dujeme nakupovat spot\u0159ebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l od zn\u00e1m\u00fdch a osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f. Zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed trysky umo\u017en\u00ed roztaven\u00ed filamentu, tak\u017ee se na pracovn\u00ed plochu dostane tenk\u00e1 vrstva tekut\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. Naopak oh\u0159ev stolu m\u00e1 zajistit spr\u00e1vnou p\u0159ilnavost plastu k podkladu a chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed nekontrolovan\u00fdm smr\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00edm vrstvy filamentu v d\u016fsledku jeho rychl\u00e9ho ochlazen\u00ed. To n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje dos\u00e1hnout konzistentn\u00edho tisku s t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159il\u00e9haj\u00edc\u00edmi vrstvami. Informace o optim\u00e1ln\u00ed teplot\u011b pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed filament je t\u0159eba nejprve hledat u v\u00fdrobce a &#8211; ano, h\u00e1d\u00e1te spr\u00e1vn\u011b \ud83d\ude09 &#8211; v n\u00e1vodu k 3D tisk\u00e1rn\u011b. P\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s nov\u00fdm filamentem je nejlep\u0161\u00ed prov\u00e9st mal\u00fd zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tisk, abyste zjistili, zda je zvolen\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed 3D tisk\u00e1rny vhodn\u00e9.     <\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fdm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm faktorem jsou mo\u017enosti na\u0161eho tiskov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Existuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed typy filament\u016f (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/849-petg-filamenty\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">PETG<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/846-abs-filamenty\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>ABS<\/strong><\/a>nebo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/844-pla-filamenty\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">PLA<\/a><\/strong>), se kter\u00fdmi si v\u011bt\u0161ina model\u016f 3D tisk\u00e1ren porad\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b.  Jin\u00e9, jako nap\u0159. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/965-tpu-a-flex-filamenty\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">filament TPU<\/a><\/strong> s &#8220;gumovou&#8221; texturou &#8211; lze pou\u017e\u00edt pouze u n\u011bkter\u00fdch model\u016f za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho mus\u00edme br\u00e1t v \u00favahu doporu\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdrobce 3D tisk\u00e1rny &#8211; n\u011bkter\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby se v jimi dod\u00e1van\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch pou\u017e\u00edvala jejich vlastn\u00ed filamenty. Na druhou stranu pro bezpe\u010dnost obsluhy za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a osob v okol\u00ed mus\u00edme db\u00e1t na doporu\u010den\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 termoplasty p\u0159i taven\u00ed uvol\u0148uj\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 a dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00e9 v\u00fdpary. PLA filament neho\u0159\u00ed, i kdy\u017e jeho bod t\u00e1n\u00ed je pro um\u011bl\u00e9 hmoty pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v 3D tisk\u00e1rn\u00e1ch pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fd &#8211; v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech sta\u010d\u00ed zah\u0159\u00e1t trysku na 180   &nbsp;<sup>o<\/sup>C.
