Teoreticky se jedn\u00e1 o jednu rodinu s polovodi\u010dov\u00fdmi rel\u00e9; v praxi se opto\u010dleny pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro aplikace s pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00edzkou spot\u0159ebou energie a klasick\u00e1 polovodi\u010dov\u00e1 rel\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tam, kde je spot\u0159eba vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed (nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b a\u017e stovky volt\u016f a v\u00edce a proudov\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b des\u00edtky amp\u00e9r\u016f a v\u00edce). Opto\u010dlen obsahuje fotoemitor neboli prvek vyza\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed sv\u011btlo. Obsahuje tak\u00e9 fotodetektor &#8211; p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed prvek. Obvykle se jedn\u00e1 o fotodiodu nebo <\/span><a href=\"\/157-fototranzystory\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">fototranzistor<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">. Dioda p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed elektrick\u00fd sign\u00e1l na sv\u011btlo, uzav\u0159en\u00fd optick\u00fd kan\u00e1l (naz\u00fdvan\u00fd tak\u00e9 dielektrick\u00fd kan\u00e1l) a fotosenzor, kter\u00fd detekuje p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed sv\u011btlo. Pak bu\u010f p\u0159\u00edmo vyr\u00e1b\u00ed elekt\u0159inu, nebo moduluje elektrick\u00fd proud tekouc\u00ed z extern\u00edho zdroje. Senzorem, tj. v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm fotodetektorem, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt fotorezistor, fotodioda, fototranzistor, k\u0159em\u00edkem \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd usm\u011br\u0148ova\u010d (SCR) nebo triak. A proto\u017ee LED diody mohou krom\u011b vyza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011btla tak\u00e9 sv\u011btlo sn\u00edmat, je mo\u017en\u00e9 sestrojit symetrick\u00e9 obousm\u011brn\u00e9 opto\u010dleny. Optick\u00e9 polovodi\u010dov\u00e9 rel\u00e9 obsahuje optoizol\u00e1tor s fotodiodou, kter\u00e1 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00fdkonov\u00fd sp\u00edna\u010d, obvykle komplement\u00e1rn\u00ed dvojici tranzistor\u016f MOSFET. \u0160t\u011brbinov\u00fd optick\u00fd sp\u00edna\u010d obsahuje zdroj sv\u011btla a senzor, ale jeho optick\u00fd kan\u00e1l je otev\u0159en\u00fd, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje modulaci sv\u011btla vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi objekty, kter\u00e9 br\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011bteln\u00e9 cest\u011b nebo odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed sv\u011btlo do senzoru. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed izoluje oba obvody, zabra\u0148uje nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdm \u0161pi\u010dk\u00e1m a sni\u017euje \u0161um a ru\u0161en\u00ed spojen\u00e9 s komunika\u010dn\u00edmi spoji.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc84d58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bc84d58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Struktura optoizol\u00e1toru<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d3b1c2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d3b1c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Stavba bude spojena s pon\u011bkud podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm popisem provozu. Optoizol\u00e1tor se v podstat\u011b skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z diody vyza\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00e9 infra\u010derven\u00e9 sv\u011btlo (LED), fotodiody, fototranzistoru nebo tranzistoru, uzav\u0159en\u00e9ho kan\u00e1lu a zdroje nap\u00e1jen\u00ed. Ob\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1sti jsou obvykle uzav\u0159eny v nepr\u016fhledn\u00e9m pouzd\u0159e, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo ru\u0161en\u00ed vyza\u0159ovan\u00e9ho paprsku vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm sv\u011btlem, a um\u00edst\u011bny v pouzd\u0159e podobn\u00e9m integrovan\u00e9mu obvodu nebo tranzistoru s dal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdvody. Nap\u011bt\u00ed z prim\u00e1rn\u00edho obvodu se p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed na zdroj energie a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed paprsek bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho infra\u010derven\u00e9ho sv\u011btla, kter\u00fd proch\u00e1z\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00fdm kan\u00e1lem, dokud nedopadne na fototranzistor, kter\u00fd p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje optickou energii na elektrickou. Optoizol\u00e1tory mnoha r\u016fzn\u00fdch tvar\u016f a konfigurac\u00ed jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby umo\u017e\u0148ovaly izolaci vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch nap\u011bt\u00ed, ne\u017e jak\u00e1 mohou zvl\u00e1dnout pouzdra SMD a DIP. Je t\u0159eba pamatovat na v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00e9 opto\u010dleny, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed n\u011bkolik izol\u00e1tor\u016f v jednom pouzd\u0159e. To v\u00fdrazn\u011b zjednodu\u0161uje mont\u00e1\u017e a zmen\u0161uje plochu na <a href=\"\/54-plytki-uniwersalne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">PCB<\/a> (desce plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f), kterou mus\u00ed zab\u00edrat galvanick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed sign\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-060fb5a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"060fb5a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Parametry optoizol\u00e1toru<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a39d6d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a39d6d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>P\u0159i prohl\u00eddce optoizol\u00e1tor\u016f je v\u017edy k dispozici technick\u00e1 specifikace. Parametry a specifikace optoizol\u00e1tor\u016f jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Koeficient p\u0159enosu proudu optoizol\u00e1toru neboli CTR, jinak zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako proudov\u00fd pom\u011br nebo zes\u00edlen\u00ed optoizol\u00e1toru. Jedn\u00e1 se o pom\u011br v\u00fdstupn\u00edho a vstupn\u00edho proudu. Li\u0161\u00ed se v z\u00e1vislosti na typu opto\u010dlenu pou\u017eit\u00e9ho na v\u00fdstupu.<\/li>\n<li>Kapacita. U mnoha opto\u010dlen\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch fototranzistory se tato hodnota pohybuje kolem 250 kHz. Obvykle plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed je hodnota CTR, t\u00edm krat\u0161\u00ed jsou doby n\u00e1b\u011bhu a poklesu, a tedy t\u00edm &#8220;rychlej\u0161\u00ed&#8221; je opto\u010dlen.<\/li>\n<li>Linearita. Line\u00e1rn\u00ed opto\u010dlen m\u00e1 nav\u00edc identick\u00fd fotodetektor. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se ve zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazb\u011b opera\u010dn\u00edho zesilova\u010de nap\u00e1jej\u00edc\u00edho fotoemitor a umo\u017e\u0148uje linearizaci konverzn\u00edch charakteristik.<\/li>\n<li>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdstupn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota tranzistorov\u00fdch opto\u010dlen\u016f se rovn\u00e1 hodnot\u011b VCE(max) tranzistoru. Opto\u010dleny pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed jin\u00e1 v\u00fdstupn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed ekvivalentn\u00ed jmenovitou hodnotu. Ujist\u011bte se, \u017ee je zachov\u00e1na dostate\u010dn\u00e1 rezerva &#8211; nedoporu\u010duje se provozovat za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v bl\u00edzkosti p\u00e1du maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch jmenovit\u00fdch hodnot.<\/li>\n<li>Vstupn\u00ed proud, tj. proud pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro vstupn\u00ed vys\u00edlac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jako je LED dioda.
