Jejich velmi mal\u00e9 rozm\u011bry a revolu\u010dn\u00ed multifunk\u010dnost p\u0159i sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed jim zajistily trval\u00e9 m\u00edsto v modern\u00ed elektronice.<\/p>\n<p>Zkratka <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.store\/91-unipolarne-transistors-mosfet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">MOSFET<\/a><\/strong> znamen\u00e1 <strong>Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor<\/strong>a ozna\u010duje technologii v\u00fdroby tranzistor\u016f s polem \u00fa\u010dinku. Jedn\u00e1 se o typ polovodi\u010dov\u00e9ho tranzistoru, kter\u00fd se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v elektronice a digit\u00e1ln\u00edch obvodech. Tranzistor MOSFET lze popsat jako \u010dty\u0159koncov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se <strong>zdrojem (S), hradlem (G), odvodem (D) a t\u011blesem (B)<\/strong>. T\u011bleso tranzistoru MOSFET je p\u0159ipojeno ke zdrojov\u00e9 svorce, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vznik\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edkoncov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, tranzistor s polem \u00fa\u010din\u00edku. MOSFET je proto pova\u017eov\u00e1n za tranzistor a je pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd jak v <strong>digit\u00e1ln\u00edch<\/strong>, tak v <strong>analogov\u00fdch obvodech<\/strong>. V tranzistoru MOSFET prot\u00e9k\u00e1 proud mezi zdrojem a odb\u011brem v z\u00e1vislosti na nap\u011bt\u00ed na hradle, kter\u00e9 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed vodivost kan\u00e1lu mezi zdrojem a odb\u011brem. To umo\u017e\u0148uje rychl\u00e9 a efektivn\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed proudu. Paraleln\u00ed zapojen\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch tranzistor\u016f MOSFET umo\u017e\u0148uje sp\u00ednat velk\u00e9 proudy nebo vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee, ale st\u00e1v\u00e1 se n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm a nepraktick\u00fdm z hlediska sou\u010d\u00e1stek i m\u00edsta na desce plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f. K p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu byly vyvinuty v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 tranzistory s polem (Power Field Effect Transistors nebo Power FET).<\/p>\n<p><strong>MOSFET v re\u017eimu zes\u00edlen\u00ed<\/strong> se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako sp\u00edna\u010d, proto\u017ee tyto tranzistory vy\u017eaduj\u00ed kladn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed na hradle pro &#8220;ON&#8221; a nulov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed pro &#8220;OFF&#8221;. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee proud voln\u011b prot\u00e9kat mezi zdrojem a odb\u011brem, co\u017e vede k zapnut\u00e9mu stavu MOSFETu, tj. jeho vodivosti. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b v re\u017eimu off (vypnuto), kdy je nap\u011bt\u00ed na hradle ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e prahov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed MOSFET v polovodi\u010dov\u00e9 vrstv\u011b vodiv\u00fd kan\u00e1l, tak\u017ee mezi zdrojem a odtokem nem\u016f\u017ee prot\u00e9kat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd proud.
