Lze je pou\u017e\u00edt v \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le elektronick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f a elektrick\u00fdch obvod\u016f k omezen\u00ed pr\u016ftoku elektrick\u00e9ho proudu a \u00fabytku nap\u011bt\u00ed mnoha v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b sofistikovan\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby. Aby rezistor v praxi dob\u0159e fungoval, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vybr\u00e1n z hlediska sv\u00e9ho nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho parametru, <strong>odporu<\/strong> &#8211; jeho jednotkou je 1\u03a9 (Ohm; \u010dasto se nespr\u00e1vn\u011b p\u00ed\u0161e Ohm jako jm\u00e9no autora fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edho <b><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/blog\/prawo-ohma-i-kirchhoffa\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Ohmova z\u00e1kona<\/a><\/b>z\u00e1kona, George Ohm). M\u00edsto toho v\u00fdrobci vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed modely v hodnot\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou ozna\u010deny podle tzv. preferovan\u00fdch hodnot a podle p\u0159esn\u011b definovan\u00e9 typov\u00e9 \u0159ady. Nej\u010dast\u011bji lze hodnotu odporu rezistor\u016f ode\u010d\u00edst pomoc\u00ed barevn\u00e9ho \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du, kter\u00fd je vyti\u0161t\u011bn na jejich t\u011ble.     <\/p>\n<p>Hodnotu odporu, toleranci a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed ztr\u00e1tov\u00fd v\u00fdkon lze tak\u00e9 vytisknout p\u0159\u00edmo na pouzdro rezistoru, pokud je dostate\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e9, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 parametry bezchybn\u011b ode\u010d\u00edst. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad u v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch rezistor\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dasto um\u00edst\u011bny v <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/102-radiatory\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><b>radi\u00e1toru<\/b><\/a>, aby se usnadnil odvod tepla.   U v\u011bt\u0161iny dr\u00e1tov\u00fdch rezistor\u016f do 1 W se vzhledem k omezen\u00edm dan\u00fdm geometrick\u00fdmi rozm\u011bry pouzdra obvykle pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 barevn\u00fd \u010d\u00e1rov\u00fd k\u00f3d, kter\u00fd ud\u00e1v\u00e1 hodnotu odporu, procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed toleranci a p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fd ztr\u00e1tov\u00fd v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<h3>Rezistory &#8211; nad\u010dasov\u00e9 elektronick\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1stky s vysokou univerz\u00e1lnost\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ed v\u00fdvojem rezistor\u016f, kter\u00e9 zn\u00e1me dnes, se mnoho v\u011bdc\u016f podrobn\u011b zab\u00fdvalo zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm podstaty odporu kr\u00e1tce pot\u00e9 byly vyvinuty matematick\u00e9 a fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1klady a metodika pro studium elektrovodivosti v mnoha typech materi\u00e1l\u016f. N\u00e1sledoval objev elektrick\u00e9ho proudu. Zat\u00edmco materi\u00e1ly jako m\u011b\u010f, zlato, st\u0159\u00edbro nebo hlin\u00edk se uk\u00e1zaly jako velmi dobr\u00e9 vodi\u010de elektrick\u00e9ho proudu s n\u00edzk\u00fdm odporem a rezistenc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nav\u00edc z\u00e1vis\u00ed na geometrii vodiv\u00e9ho prvku, sklo, keramika, porcel\u00e1n nebo plasty vykazovaly \u0161patnou elektrickou vodivost a vysok\u00fd odpor a rezistivitu, a tedy velmi dobr\u00e9 elektroizola\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti. Vyn\u00e1lez in\u017een\u00fdra Boykina se vyzna\u010doval vysokou odolnost\u00ed v\u016f\u010di vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m prost\u0159ed\u00ed a rychle si z\u00edskal oblibu v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch pro americkou arm\u00e1du, v po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9m vybaven\u00ed IBM a v mnoha aplikac\u00edch spot\u0159ebn\u00ed elektroniky. Pokud n\u00e1\u0161 elektronick\u00fd obvod vy\u017eaduje, aby do n\u011bkter\u00fdch blok\u016f bylo p\u0159ivedeno nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, pak m\u016f\u017eeme toto nap\u011bt\u00ed z\u00edskat kask\u00e1dov\u00e1n\u00edm rezistor\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vytvo\u0159\u00edme jednoduch\u00fd a spolehliv\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed rezistorov\u00fd d\u011bli\u010d nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p><p>Abychom mohli voln\u011b vybrat spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 rezistory pro na\u0161i aplikaci, i kdy\u017e m\u00e1me analogov\u00fd ohmmetr nebo digit\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011b\u0159i\u010d s funkc\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed odporu, je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 nau\u010dit se \u010d\u00edst hodnoty odporu rezistor\u016f z barevn\u00e9ho \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho na jejich pouzdrech. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si nast\u00edn\u00edme konvenci pro ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed rezistor\u016f \u010d\u00e1rov\u00fdm k\u00f3dem.<\/p><h3>Barvy pou\u017eit\u00e9 v \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9m k\u00f3du rezistoru a jejich matematick\u00e1 interpretace<\/h3><p>Barevn\u00fd \u010d\u00e1rov\u00fd k\u00f3d byl zaveden ve 20. letech 20. stolet\u00ed a ofici\u00e1ln\u011b normalizov\u00e1n v roce 1952 Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed elektrotechnickou komis\u00ed (IEC). Jeho zaveden\u00ed <strong>umo\u017enilo identifikovat parametry rezistor\u016f bez ohledu na jejich velikost<\/strong>. \u010c\u00e1rov\u00fd k\u00f3d se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z barevn\u00fdch krou\u017ek\u016f vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch na pouzd\u0159e rezistoru. Jejich barvy a po\u0159ad\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed hodnotu odporu rezistoru a jeho procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed toleranci. \u010cten\u00ed \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du na pouzdru rezistoru by m\u011blo prob\u00edhat zleva doprava. \u010c\u00e1rka, kter\u00e1 je nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00ed a nejbl\u00ed\u017ee k okraji pouzdra, tj. nejbl\u00ed\u017ee k jednomu ze dvou v\u00fdvod\u016f rezistoru, ozna\u010duje prvn\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00edslici, zat\u00edmco posledn\u00ed pruh vpravo ozna\u010duje procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed toleranci. Barvy sloupc\u016f odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm \u010d\u00edseln\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m podle tabulky (T2.1).<\/p><p>Prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1rka zleva na pouzdru rezistoru ozna\u010duje prvn\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00edslici jeho hodnoty odporu bez ohledu na \u0159\u00e1d. Druh\u00fd pruh ozna\u010duje druhou v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00edslici hodnoty odporu, resp. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek si s odkazem na tabulku (T2.1) uka\u017eme p\u0159\u00edklad uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du na pouzdru rezistoru, na obr. (3.1):<\/p><p>Obr. 3.1 &#8211; Uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edkladu \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du na pouzdru rezistoru a jeho interpretace<\/p><p>Nyn\u00ed dek\u00f3dujeme rezistor zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00fd na obr. Abychom m\u011bli rezistor se v\u0161emi mo\u017en\u00fdmi hodnotami, muselo by jich b\u00fdt nekone\u010dn\u011b mnoho. M\u00edsto toho se rezistory vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed podle takzvan\u00fdch &#8220;preferovan\u00fdch hodnot odporu&#8221;. preferovan\u00fdch hodnot odporu a tak\u00e9 podle p\u0159esn\u011b definovan\u00e9 tolerance, kter\u00e1 je v barevn\u00e9m k\u00f3du nej\u010dast\u011bji ozna\u010dena barvou posledn\u00edho sloupce vpravo.    <strong>Procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed tolerance rezistoru definuje p\u0159\u00edpustnou procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed odchylku jeho skute\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty odporu od hodnoty odporu, podle kter\u00e9 m\u011bl b\u00fdt vyroben, a kter\u00e1 je na jeho pouzd\u0159e obvykle vyzna\u010dena \u010d\u00e1rkami od prvn\u00ed po p\u0159edposledn\u00ed.<\/strong> Jin\u00fdmi slovy se jedn\u00e1 o p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fd procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi skute\u010dnou hodnotou odporu rezistoru a jeho o\u010dek\u00e1vanou hodnotou odporu, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt z\u00e1porn\u00fd nebo kladn\u00fd. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du rezistoru, jeho\u017e model je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn na obr. (3.1) a \u00fadaj\u016f v tabulce (T2.1) vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee byl vyroben s toleranc\u00ed \u00b11 %. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v elektrick\u00fdch topn\u00fdch obvodech by rezistory se stejn\u00fdm odporem vyroben\u00e9 s toleranc\u00ed \u00b120 % nem\u011bly v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivnit funkci za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, zat\u00edmco elektronick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed filtry, gener\u00e1tory a zesilova\u010de, jako jsou elektroakustick\u00e9 zesilova\u010de, m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed syst\u00e9my nebo radiokomunika\u010dn\u00ed obvody, vy\u017eaduj\u00ed rezistory s toleranc\u00ed \u00b12 %, \u00b11 % nebo dokonce ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed z d\u016fvodu priority p\u0159esn\u00e9 funkce aplikace, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kritick\u00e1 (nap\u0159. vojensk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo aplikace pro rozs\u00e1hlou infrastrukturu, jako je doprava nebo nap\u00e1jen\u00ed). Takov\u00e9 rezistory se rovn\u011b\u017e vyzna\u010duj\u00ed zanedbateln\u00fdmi parazitn\u00edmi parametry, tj. Takov\u00e9 rezistory se rovn\u011b\u017e vyzna\u010duj\u00ed zanedbateln\u00fdmi parazitn\u00edmi parametry, tj. induk\u010dnost\u00ed a kapacitou.   <\/p>\n<h3>Je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce p\u00e1sk\u016f!<\/h3>\n<p>K popisu hodnoty odporu rezistoru velmi \u010dasto sta\u010d\u00ed t\u0159i \u010d\u00e1rky. Z popisu z\u00e1kladn\u00edho \u010d\u00e1rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du rezistor\u016f v\u00edme, \u017ee prvn\u00ed dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1rky ozna\u010duj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslice hodnoty odporu a t\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00e1rka n\u00e1sobek hodnoty. \u010ctvrt\u00fd prou\u017eek symbolizuje procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed toleranci. <strong>Pokud m\u00e1 rezistor na pouzd\u0159e pouze t\u0159i prou\u017eky, odpov\u00edd\u00e1 to tomu, \u017ee je vyroben s toleranc\u00ed \u00b120 %.<\/strong> Komer\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u00e9 jsou i p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rezistory s p\u011bti pruhy na pouzdru, v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je matematick\u00fdm vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm t\u0159et\u00edho pruhu zleva t\u0159et\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo a barva \u010dtvrt\u00e9ho pruhu zase symbolizuje n\u00e1sobitel a p\u00e1t\u00fd pruh <strong>procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed toleranci<\/strong>. Dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161est\u00fd pruh symbolizuje v\u00fdrobcem deklarovanou <strong>\u017eivotnost nebo teplotn\u00ed faktor odolnosti<\/strong> m\u011b\u0159en\u00fd v ppm\/K. Proto\u017ee v z\u00e1vislosti na podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch prost\u0159ed\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k po\u0161kozen\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00edho otisku, kter\u00e9 znemo\u017en\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed parametr\u016f rezistoru (nap\u0159. rozmaz\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1rky), byla vyvinuta a zavedena norma pod ozna\u010den\u00edm BS1852 (existuje tak\u00e9 ekvivalent pod ozna\u010den\u00edm EN60062), podle n\u00ed\u017e je \u010d\u00e1rka nahrazena p\u00edsmenem &#8220;K&#8221; nebo &#8220;M&#8221; pro ozna\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1sob\u00edc\u00edho faktoru pro odpory v \u0159\u00e1du tis\u00edc\u016f, resp. milion\u016f ohm\u016f. Pokud za v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edslicemi n\u00e1sleduje postupn\u011b p\u00edsmeno &#8220;R&#8221; nebo nen\u00ed uvedeno \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u00edsmeno, odpov\u00edd\u00e1 to n\u00e1sob\u00edc\u00edmu \u010diniteli 1. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b rezistor\u016f pro povrchovou mont\u00e1\u017e (SMD) se pro fyzick\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed hodnoty odporu nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1rov\u00fd k\u00f3d, ale <strong>t\u0159\u00ed- nebo \u010dty\u0159m\u00edstn\u00fd k\u00f3d &#8211; obvykle slo\u017een\u00fd pouze z \u010d\u00edslic,<\/strong> p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e prvn\u00ed dv\u011b \u010d\u00edslice jsou prvn\u00ed dv\u011b slo\u017ekov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslice (v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslice) hodnoty odporu rezistoru a t\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00edslice je exponent mocniny se z\u00e1kladem 10, co\u017e je n\u00e1sobek, kter\u00fdm se mus\u00ed vyn\u00e1sobit \u010d\u00edslo tvo\u0159en\u00e9 slo\u017ekov\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edslicemi p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmi hodnot\u011b exponentu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pro ur\u010den\u00ed hodnoty odporu rezistoru SMD, na jeho\u017e pouzd\u0159e je vyti\u0161t\u011bno &#8220;104&#8221;, je t\u0159eba toto ozna\u010den\u00ed rozlo\u017eit na prvo\u010dinitele:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prvn\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010d\u00edslice: 1<\/li>\n<li>druh\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010d\u00edslice: 0<\/li>\n<li>exponent n\u00e1sobitele: 4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p>a prove\u010fte n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010dty:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10\u03a9*10<sup>4<\/sup> = 10\u03a9*10000 = 100000\u03a9 = 100k\u03a9 (7.1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd odpor SMD rezistoru s ozna\u010den\u00edm &#8220;104&#8221; je 100 k\u03a9. U SMD rezistor\u016f s odporem ne men\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 10\u03a9 a men\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 100\u03a9 je v\u0161ak t\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00edslice vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 na pouzd\u0159e &#8220;0&#8221; nebo se tato \u010d\u00edslice jednodu\u0161e nevyskytuje. Nap\u0159\u00edklad SMD rezistor s ozna\u010den\u00edm &#8220;820&#8221; nebo &#8220;82&#8221; by m\u011bl vykazovat odpor 82\u03a9. SMD rezistory s hodnotou odporu men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10\u03a9, jako je tomu v k\u00f3dov\u00e1n\u00ed BS1852, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u00edsmeno &#8220;R&#8221; jako desetinnou \u010d\u00e1rku &#8211; v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by SMD rezistor s ozna\u010den\u00edm &#8220;3R9&#8221; m\u011bl ukazovat odpor 3,9\u03a9. Naproti tomu rezistory SMD s ozna\u010den\u00edm &#8220;0&#8221; nebo &#8220;000&#8221; nebo &#8220;0000&#8221; jsou m\u016fstky s nulov\u00fdm odporem v proveden\u00ed pro povrchovou mont\u00e1\u017e.    <\/p>\n<h3>Zaj\u00edmavosti o rezistorech a drobn\u00e9 tipy<\/h3>\n<p>Krom\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed standardizovan\u00fdch metod identifikace rezistor\u016f je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zn\u00e1t tak\u00e9 n\u011bkolik zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pomohou roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it na\u0161e praktick\u00e9 i teoretick\u00e9 znalosti o rezistorech. U rezistor\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch ve vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdch obvodech (tj. nad 1 kV) se pro \u00fa\u010dely identifikace hodnot jejich odporu upustilo od kovov\u00fdch barevn\u00fdch prou\u017ek\u016f, tj. zlat\u00fdch a st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00fdch. Od metalick\u00fdch barev zlat\u00e9 a st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00e9 bylo upu\u0161t\u011bno za \u00fa\u010delem identifikace hodnot jejich odporu a byly nahrazeny \u017elutou, resp. \u0161edou barvou. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se zabr\u00e1n\u00ed indukci elektrick\u00fdch pol\u00ed lok\u00e1ln\u00edho charakteru u prvk\u016f se zlat\u00fdm a st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00fdm pruhem, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st k elektrick\u00e9mu pr\u016frazu.     <\/p>\n<p>Pokud je na rezistoru v pouzd\u0159e s pr\u016fchoz\u00edm tranzistorem (THT) vyti\u0161t\u011bn pouze jeden prou\u017eek \u010dern\u00e9 barvy, je jeho odpor nulov\u00fd. V procesu automatizovan\u00e9 v\u00fdroby elektroniky p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 eliminuje pot\u0159ebu samostatn\u00e9ho stroje, jen\u017e instaluje propojky z hlediska sch\u00e9mat zapojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se nijak neli\u0161\u00ed od rezistor\u016f s nulov\u00fdm odporem. V\u00fdhodou tohoto p\u0159\u00edstupu je tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f. U speci\u00e1ln\u00edch rezistor\u016f ur\u010den\u00fdch pro vojenskou elektroniku symbolizuje dodate\u010dn\u00fd p\u00e1t\u00fd pruh stupe\u0148 spolehlivosti rezistoru, tj. procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost poruchy na 1 000 hodin provozu.
