Zaj\u00edmavou vlastnost\u00ed dob\u00edjec\u00edch bateri\u00ed je, \u017ee k uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 energie doch\u00e1z\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm chemick\u00fdch reakc\u00ed vhodn\u00fdch pro dan\u00fd typ baterie. V tomto n\u00e1vodu se dozv\u00edme, co je to lithium-polymerov\u00e1 baterie, jak\u00e9 funkce pln\u00ed a pro\u010d je zdaleka nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bateri\u00ed pro robotiky.    <\/p>\n<h2>Typy bateri\u00ed na trhu<\/h2>\n\n\n<p> V\u00fdrobci se sna\u017e\u00ed zav\u00e1d\u011bt nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady, kter\u00e9 by (alespo\u0148 v z\u00e1m\u011bru) m\u011bly z trhu vytla\u010dit \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generace. Nen\u00ed proto divu, \u017ee v sortimentu mnoha obchod\u016f lze nal\u00e9zt r\u016fzn\u00e9 <strong>typy bateri\u00ed,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed energie a kapacitou vyj\u00e1d\u0159enou v amp\u00e9rhodin\u00e1ch nebo miliamp\u00e9rhodin\u00e1ch. Stoj\u00ed za zm\u00ednku, \u017ee baterie jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny jako elektrick\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky, kter\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k nap\u00e1jen\u00ed elektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Na rozd\u00edl od bateri\u00ed jsou na jedno pou\u017eit\u00ed. Jak\u00e9 <strong>typy bateri\u00ed <\/strong>jsou tedy k dispozici?     <\/p>\n<ul>\n\n<li><strong>Olov\u011bn\u00fd kyselinov\u00fd akumul\u00e1tor<\/strong>, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, se vyzna\u010duje velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobn\u00edmi n\u00e1klady ve vztahu k jedn\u00e9 amp\u00e9rhodin\u011b, velkou vlastn\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed vyb\u00edjen\u00ed velk\u00fdm proudem po kr\u00e1tkou dobu. V tomto akumul\u00e1toru nalezneme kyselinu s\u00edrovou (37 %), olov\u011bnou elektrodu (-) s velk\u00fdm povrchem styku (ve tvaru m\u0159\u00ed\u017eky) a elektrodu (+) z oxidu olovnat\u00e9ho, stejn\u011b jako izola\u010dn\u00ed separ\u00e1tor.  <li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/569-li-ion-baterie\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Lithium-iontov\u00e1 baterie<\/a><\/strong> je v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee se nach\u00e1z\u00ed prakticky v ka\u017ed\u00e9 elektronice, jako jsou notebooky, mobiln\u00ed telefony a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159enosn\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<strong> Lithium-iontov\u00e1 baterie<\/strong> m\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed elektrodu, kter\u00e1 je vyrobena z uhl\u00edku s por\u00e9zn\u00edm povrchem, zat\u00edmco druh\u00e1 elektroda je vyrobena z oxid\u016f kov\u016f. Jako elektrolyt se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 kapalina s lithiov\u00fdmi solemi, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pevn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se star\u0161\u00ed generac\u00ed bateri\u00ed nem\u00e1 lithium-iontov\u00e1 varianta pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00fd efekt (sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kapacity baterie).   <li><strong>Nikl-kadmiov\u00e1 baterie<\/strong>. Zdaleka nejvz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed forma dob\u00edjec\u00ed baterie v modern\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kv\u016fli intenzivn\u00edmu pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9mu efektu, kter\u00fd vy\u017eaduje, aby u\u017eivatel v\u017edy dokon\u010dil cykly nab\u00edjen\u00ed a vyb\u00edjen\u00ed. Tyto \u010dl\u00e1nky se vyskytuj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v mal\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch bateri\u00edch typu AA a AAA, proto\u017ee i p\u0159es nev\u00fdhody m\u00e1 nikl-kadmiov\u00e1 baterie dobrou proudovou kapacitu. Elektrody jsou vyrobeny z hydroxidu nikl-kadmia, zat\u00edmco elektrolyt je siln\u011b alkalick\u00fd, ale jeho slo\u017een\u00ed se u r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f zna\u010dn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed.    <li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/193-ni-mh-baterie\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Nikl-metal hydridov\u00e1 baterie<\/a><\/strong> (NiMH) je o n\u011bco lep\u0161\u00ed verz\u00ed nikl-kadmiov\u00e9 baterie a vyzna\u010duje se dlouhou \u017eivotnost\u00ed a vysokou hustotou (a\u017e 360 MJ\/m3). V jedn\u00e9 baterii je ulo\u017eeno a\u017e t\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edce energie ne\u017e v p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generaci bateri\u00ed a byl tak\u00e9 (t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zcela) odstran\u011bn pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00fd efekt, nicm\u00e9n\u011b se zv\u00fd\u0161il efekt l\u00edn\u00e9 baterie.  <li>Lithium-polymerov\u00e1 (li-pol) baterie se vyzna\u010duje kombinac\u00ed v\u0161ech pozitivn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch bateri\u00ed, proto stoj\u00ed za to si ji rozebrat a sezn\u00e1mit se s jej\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed, vlastnostmi, fungov\u00e1n\u00edm a funk\u010dnost\u00ed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Jak je lithium-polymerov\u00e1 baterie konstruov\u00e1na?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p> Na za\u010d\u00e1tku je t\u0159eba v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee lithium-polymerov\u00e1 baterie je variantou lithium-iontov\u00e9 baterie a li\u0161\u00ed se od n\u00ed pouze elektrolytem, kter\u00fd je v lithium-iontov\u00e9 verzi tekut\u00fd, zat\u00edmco polymer je pevn\u00fd nebo gelov\u00fd. V\u00fdhody t\u00e9to formy baterie vedly k jej\u00edmu \u0161irok\u00e9mu vyu\u017eit\u00ed v robotice a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch ka\u017edodenn\u00ed pot\u0159eby a jej\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed denn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed miliony spot\u0159ebitel\u016f.  <\/p>\n<p> Jak vypad\u00e1 <strong> konstrukce baterie<\/strong>? <strong>\u010cl\u00e1nek<\/strong> lithium-polymerov\u00e9 baterie se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00fdhradn\u011b z vodiv\u00fdch polymer\u016f a kovov\u00e9ho lithia, kter\u00e9 jsou uzav\u0159eny pevn\u011b laminovan\u00fdm povlakem. Na p\u0159edn\u00ed stran\u011b najdete dva v\u00fdvody, a to anodu ze slou\u010denin grafitu (+) a katodu ze slou\u010denin lithia (-). Elektrolyt si d\u00edky sv\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 nebo gelov\u00e9 form\u011b zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 svou p\u016fvodn\u00ed podobu bez ohledu na situaci, a proto je jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a je mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee dojde k jeho \u00faniku.   <\/p>\n<p> Cel\u00e1 <strong>li-po<\/strong> baterie se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z jednoho nebo v\u00edce \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, proto se jednotliv\u00e9 modely li\u0161\u00ed jejich po\u010dtem, a tedy i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed velikost\u00ed a kapacitou. <strong>\u010cl\u00e1nek<\/strong> je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed <strong> sady,<\/strong> kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat a\u017e 10 jednotliv\u00fdch lithium-polymerov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f. <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Sada<\/strong> je cel\u00e1 baterie, kter\u00e1 se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z v\u00edce ne\u017e jednoho \u010dl\u00e1nku. V robotice se nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed baterie ve dvou- nebo t\u0159\u00ed\u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00e9 variant\u011b a pro konstrukt\u00e9ry se ukazuje jako u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edt k dispozici p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fd balan\u010dn\u00ed konektor, kter\u00fd obsahuje p\u0159\u00edvody od v\u0161ech \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f jednotliv\u011b. To zjednodu\u0161uje pr\u00e1ci spojenou s vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm high-tech n\u00e1vrh\u016f.   <\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/68640-thickbox_default\/pakiet-li-pol-redox-2000mah-30c-3s-111v-xt-60.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bezpe\u010dnost p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed li-po bateri\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lithium-polymerov\u00e1 baterie je materi\u00e1l, kter\u00fd <strong>m\u016f\u017ee pom\u011brn\u011b snadno vyt\u00e9ct,<\/strong> co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k v\u00fdbuchu nebo \u00faniku. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee polymern\u00ed elektrolyt je pevn\u00fd nebo gelov\u00fd, jsou takov\u00e9 nehody nutn\u011b mnohem vz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u bateri\u00ed, kde je elektrolytem kapalina. \u017divotnost li-po bateri\u00ed je ovlivn\u011bna p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem jejich pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 kapacity m\u016f\u017ee mimo jin\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit vybit\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f na nap\u011bt\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 3 V, co\u017e ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f vede ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed provozu. O n\u011bco nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je p\u0159\u00edpad p\u0159eb\u00edjen\u00ed (nad 4,2 V). P\u0159i nab\u00edjen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fdm proudem doch\u00e1z\u00ed k po\u0161kozen\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, co\u017e se mimo jin\u00e9 projev\u00ed jejich nabobtn\u00e1n\u00edm, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee jednodu\u0161e v\u00e9st ke vzn\u00edcen\u00ed. A\u010dkoli tato situace nast\u00e1v\u00e1 mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky neust\u00e1l\u00e9mu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed procesu nab\u00edjen\u00ed vhodnou nab\u00edje\u010dkou, p\u0159esto se na ni vyplat\u00ed p\u0159ipravit. Nejmen\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem bude zni\u010den\u00ed baterie, zat\u00edmco nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem bude zapojen\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru v prostor\u00e1ch nebo rozestav\u011bn\u00e9 konstrukci.  <\/p>\n<p> Jak\u00fdkoli zkrat je velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd a je t\u0159eba se mu v\u017edy d\u016fsledn\u011b vyhnout. Pokud k n\u011bmu n\u00e1hle dojde, prob\u00edh\u00e1 v baterii velmi rychl\u00fd proces vyb\u00edjen\u00ed, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teploty a uvoln\u011bn\u00ed velmi velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed energie, kterou nelze ochladit. V\u00fdsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vzn\u00edcen\u00ed. Tento \u00fadaj n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edmo \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jak dlouho m\u016f\u017eeme z pln\u011b nabit\u00e9 baterie odeb\u00edrat proud p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 intenzit\u011b proudu.  <li><strong>Po\u010det \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f<\/strong> &#8211; to je jeden z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch parametr\u016f ka\u017ed\u00e9 lithium-polymerov\u00e9 baterie.
