Na trhu jsou k dispozici <b><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/842-3d-tiskarny\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">tisk\u00e1rny<\/a><\/b> vhodn\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky. Jsou jimi d\u00edky sv\u00e9 snadn\u00e9 mont\u00e1\u017ei a ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed. Je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee kvalita zku\u0161enost\u00ed se <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/712-3d-tisk\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>3D tiskem<\/strong> <\/a>je do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na typu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.cz\/930-filamenty-3d-tisk-tiskove-struny\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">filamentu<\/a><\/strong>. N\u011bkter\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly budou pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edka jednodu\u0161e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 slo\u017eit\u00e9 (nap\u0159\u00edklad TPU). Jin\u00e9 naopak mohou vy\u017eadovat dodate\u010dn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad ABS). Mimo jin\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k v\u00fdrob\u011b lahv\u00ed na n\u00e1poje nebo l\u00e9ky. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee intenzivn\u011b rozv\u00edjenou oblast\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed PET je efektivn\u00ed materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed a recyklace. Pou\u017eit\u00e9 l\u00e1hve se ji\u017e poda\u0159ilo recyklovat na polyesterov\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna, z nich\u017e se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed l\u00e1tky nebo koberce. Oble\u010den\u00ed, obuv nebo sportovn\u00ed vybaven\u00ed vyroben\u00e9 z vhodn\u011b upraven\u00e9ho PET odpadu je zcela realizovateln\u00fdm projektem. Je to vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky v oblasti 3D tisku. V\u00fdtisky z n\u011bj jsou pon\u011bkud pru\u017en\u00e9 (pru\u017enost zde neznamen\u00e1 schopnost vr\u00e1tit se do p\u016fvodn\u00edho tvaru po vystaven\u00ed modelu vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed s\u00edle &#8211; PETG nen\u00ed &#8220;gumov\u00fd&#8221; jako TPU). St\u00e1le v\u0161ak p\u016fsob\u00ed dojmem, \u017ee jsou tuh\u00e9.    Jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9? Tuto &#8220;pru\u017enost&#8221; je t\u0159eba posuzovat z hlediska mechanick\u00e9 pevnosti a odolnosti proti prask\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed. Materi\u00e1l zaru\u010duje plnou vod\u011bodolnost povrchu a vykazuje vysokou odolnost proti po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed. PETG filamenty z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed b\u011bhem tisku prakticky bez z\u00e1pachu a nejsou toxick\u00e1. Lze je \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvat i v dom\u00e1c\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a v amat\u00e9rsk\u00fdch d\u00edln\u00e1ch. PETG filament v\u0161ak pat\u0159\u00ed mezi univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed plasty a nem\u011bl by zp\u016fsobovat probl\u00e9my p\u0159i provozu v\u011bt\u0161iny 3D tiskov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch dod\u00e1van\u00fdch pod \u201eopen source\u201c licenc\u00ed. Zde bude d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, zda je v dan\u00e9 tisk\u00e1rn\u011b p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat jin\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly ne\u017e ty od zna\u010dek uveden\u00fdch dodavatelem. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdrobci toti\u017e stanovuj\u00ed, \u017ee v 3D tisk\u00e1rn\u00e1ch se maj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze doporu\u010den\u00e9 filamenty. Pokud je v\u0161ak pou\u017eit\u00ed PETG mo\u017en\u00e9, pak se opravdu vyplat\u00ed jej pou\u017e\u00edt.    <\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu p\u0159i 3D tisku je volba parametr\u016f. Zde je t\u0159eba zohlednit konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u00fadaje v\u00fdrobce tiskov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a v\u00fdrobce filamentu. Obecn\u011b lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b PETG filament\u016f by se teplota trysky m\u011bla pohybovat v rozmez\u00ed 220 a\u017e 250 <sup>o<\/sup>C, zat\u00edmco pracovn\u00ed st\u016fl by m\u011bl b\u00fdt zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd na teplotu p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1 \u00b0C. 70 &#8211; 80 <sup>o<\/sup>C. Vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd model m\u016f\u017ee (ale nemus\u00ed) b\u00fdt chlazen. I v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je t\u0159eba za hlavn\u00ed vod\u00edtko pova\u017eovat doporu\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdrobce plastu.     <\/p>\n<p>Je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b PETG filament\u016f existuje riziko smr\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed materi\u00e1lu vlivem teploty. Neexistuje zde tedy probl\u00e9m zn\u00e1m\u00fd u\u017eivatel\u016fm pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00edho spot\u0159ebn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu, tj. materi\u00e1lu ABS &#8211; kde by jev teplotn\u00ed rozta\u017enosti mohl siln\u011b ovlivnit p\u0159esnost tisku. Filament m\u00e1 podobu vl\u00e1kna o pr\u016fm\u011bru 1,75 mm nebo (m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto) 2,85 mm. Je navinuto na c\u00edvce o \u010dist\u00e9 hmotnosti 850 g a\u017e 2 kg. PETG filamenty lze nal\u00e9zt u v\u0161ech v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f na trhu.
